Finally went on another bike ride, since my last ride in July (i used to ride several times a week...sad face), It was fun but hard on the body.
(From the same ride another year)
(Yesterday’s ride)
800 feet up in ~4 miles, down in 2. 1 hour. Not too bad.

Fun stuff. I’m planning on going riding next Saturday, might be one of the last days of the year. Thinking about renting a fancy new bike, maybe something carbon or a full suspension 29er.

Nice! Going mt biking in Burke VT tomorrow, should be a good time. I do ride a lot though, not the past few weeks but usually twice a week locally...

I used to ride a ton, just started making it happen again once I had 2 kids and realized if I didn’t make the effort I’d soon be a fat middle-aged man.

Rode about 3 hours today at Kingdom Trails in VT, about 22 miles according to one of the guys I rode with! Almost all single track woods trails. I’m tired.

Nice, I grew up in CH, good place. Corner canyon is great fun but it’s an early season/late season spot. Mid summer it’s too hot and dry
